Therapy is a form of treatment that aims to help resolve mental or emotional issues. Abstract art therapy aims to explore self-creativity. Abstract art therapy allows people to express how they are feeling by allowing their emotions to come alive on their canvas. Abstract art can improve cognitive and motor function, build and enhance self-esteem while promoting self-awareness and building emotional strength and social skills.
Join me for a scheduled session. Sessions are generally 45 mins to 1 hr long. Each session is $50 which includes art supplies and refreshments. Come explore your thoughts, dreams and ideas as paint meets canvas. Release stress, depression, anxiety and more.
